"Eileen of Avoca" - a Yarmouth23
The info site journaling distance cruising in a small yacht

Welcome to the home page of my sailing site and blog!
Here you can follow the wanderings of a small boat owner with a somewhat ambitious sailing itenerary. After many years playing the "rat race" game, I finally own Eileen of Avoca, my small but seaworthy boat. Now it's time to escape the self-imposed prisons of debt, monotony, and false ambition and weigh anchor.
While I left Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight in 2007 the real journey begins now, and I invite you to share it with me.
